Daisy, too tired to protest last Easter

I hope everyone is gearing up for a great Easter weekend. Thank you so much for all the kind words about Daisy. Since her surgery, she's actually been acting much more like her normal bulldog self. She looks a little terrifying with one eye stitched shut, and we've definitely gotten some worried looks while walking our little Frankendog. At least she finally seems like she's on her way to recovery!

It was definitely a crazy and exciting week around here. I accepted a new job and will be leaving marketing for full-time social media. I'll miss my awesome coworkers, but I can't wait for a new adventure.

Also, I don't think I've mentioned this on the blog before, but I write a column called "Cubicle Confessional" for a career and lifestyle website called The Daily Muse. The column is all about navigating workplace relationships, and I've written about everything from turning bad habits into assets to how to cope if you're stuck at work over the holidays. This month's column talked about what to do if you're feeling left out of opportunities at your job, and it got picked up by the Huffington Post!
